Standard USPS First Class shipping within the United States usually takes 2-5 days. USPS Priority shipping within the US is available for an extra fee. Please see the priority shipping listing for more information or add the upgrade with your listing.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY typically takes 2-4 weeks. I can not be responsible for weather delays, customs fees, or customs delays. In some rare cases international shipping can take 6 weeks or more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES - Since it is difficult to estimate the cost of shipping one or more items to anywhere in the world I have to estimate a shipping rate for international packages. If shipping and handling for your order come to less than the amount you paid then I will refund the difference to you.
FABRIC & DECORATION SUBSTITUTIONS!
Each toy is handmade and therefore each one can look slightly different than the one In the listing. I do my best to duplicate the toy in each listing however sometimes fabric substitutions and minor design changes are necessary. All of my toys are stuffed firmly. Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns.
Occasionally fabrics and decorations pictured may become unavailable. In this case a similar fabric or decoration is substituted. If you would like your toy in another color combination or a different size, please feel free to contact me and I will do my very best to fulfill your request.
GIFT WRAPPED!
All of my toys come wrapped in tissue inside a gift bag with a ribbon closure and gift tag. Ready for gift giving! Please leave me a note if you'd like a specific gift message on your package.

5 out of 5 starsKristin is a wonderful artist and person. She made a beautiful custom mushroom for my nephew. That was one of the best seller customer experiences I ever had. I will order again soon :) As a information for german customers: The package arrives really fast from the US to German but in some cases (as for me) delivery customs (= Zoll) may hold it in for several weeks. You need patience and may need to ask at your local post office several times.
